Reviews and Ratings
I had a lovely stay at the hotel. The rooms were just the right size and very up to date, but there was a slight musty odor. The service, especially during breakfast, was exceptional with friendly and helpful staff. The hotel's location was excellent, close to shops, cafes, and the Duoro River. The dining experience was very good with a wide choice of foods. Overall, a great place to stay with a few minor drawbacks.
The hotel had some positives such as beautiful and clean rooms with a spectacular view of the cathedral but also some drawbacks like delays in room cleaning. The service was outstanding, with helpful and professional staff. Its prime location in the city center with easy access to dining locations was a major highlight.
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The Junior Suite was amazing with clean and very comfortable rooms, but there was a spot with a musty odor. The staff went above and beyond, even hauling our bags up the hill to the parking garage. The location is perfect for exploring Porto, although a bit difficult to access by car. The dining experience was superb in a nice room with a balcony, but it could have had a better selection for breakfast.
I couldn't have asked for a better stay! The hotel had a stunning view over Porto, with a chic, quiet, and comfortable room, although the rain limited my balcony use. The service was extremely helpful and efficient, and the location was perfect for exploring. The dining experience was excellent, and the facilities were top-notch.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms facing the private and quiet courtyard overlooking the garden were quiet and well-equipped, although the light in the wardrobe couldn't be turned off. The service was exceptional, with Palco going above and beyond to assist us. The location couldn't be better, close to excellent restaurants and attractions. The dining experience was delightful, with meals prepared with care and served in a beautiful courtyard setting.
My stay at the hotel was incredible! The rooms are surprisingly quiet despite the bustling city center, and with a view of the cathedral. They are well-appointed with modern amenities, including a large flat-screen TV and an effective blackout curtain system. The only tiny downside was a light in the wardrobe that couldn't be turned off.
